It's always better to just stay healthy. I never tried Japanese medicines and I don't think I would ever be tempted to because I know what I need for a simple cold or for any other simple health issue. If I have a more difficult health problem then my doctor comes in the picture and he never prescribed me medicines from Japan...

I'm going to Japan again! At the end of this month! I'll be going with my sister, first to Tokyo, then to Kyoto, then Tokyo again (we're on a budget). So that should be fun. And a good chance to brush up on my non-existent Japanese.
